These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the oktk platform and all related services. By registering on the site or using an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, stop using the service. These terms apply to users in Bangladesh. Use of any oktk service is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 years of age. By accessing the site, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

1.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on oktk, you must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and at least 21 years of age. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Your mobile number, email address, and national ID details must be provided correctly.
• Additional documents may be requested for account verification if needed.

1.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Use a strong password to keep your account secure and change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the support team immediately.

Using any third-party software or bots to operate an account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed.

1.3 Account Closure and Suspension

oktk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasonable cause. This includes: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, misuse, or legal obligations. Where an account is closed, applicable funds may be returned, but bonus funds will be considered void.

Users may also voluntarily request to close their account. Self-exclusion is also available by following our responsible gaming guidelines.

2.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on oktk is ৳100. Users may deposit funds by the following methods:

• Bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank)

Deposits are usually reflected in your account very quickly once completed. Use a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

2.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can be made via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals are generally made using the same method used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

oktk offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw after receiving this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

• The bonus is available once on the first deposit only.
• You must claim the bonus within the specified time limit.
• Bonus funds are not cash — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.

3.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

Under the oktk weekly deposit gift, a 30% bonus is available once per week on any deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times. For slot game deposits, the oktk Slot Festival bonus applies — 50% bonus, up to ৳8,000, with a 20x wagering requirement. For bets on cricket events, the oktk Cricket Special reward is available — 40% bonus, up to ৳6,000, with an 18x wagering requirement.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• A user may not have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds will be counted as cash, but cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• If fraud is found in bonus use, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
• oktk reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Separate terms apply to the October Birthday Reward and the Refer a Friend bonus.

4.1 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions are carried out voluntarily by the user. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not processed due to a technical error, the amount for that bet will be refunded.

• Placing a bet after the result of a game or event has been determined is prohibited.
• For sports betting events, the official result will be considered final.
• oktk reserves the right to void a round if an error or irregularity is found in the game software.

4.2 Collusion and Fraud Prohibited

Placing bets in collusion with other players, attempting to manipulate the game system, or taking part in any form of dishonest activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be considered void.

5.1 VIP Levels and Benefits

The oktk VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members can move up to higher levels based on regular gameplay and betting activity.

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated as the set percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.

5.2 VIP Benefit Terms

• Cashback is paid once per week and is calculated at the rate set for the relevant level.
• If a VIP level changes, the new rate will take effect from the following week.
• oktk reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
• VIP level depends on regular activity — extended inactivity may result in a level reduction.

6.1 Age Limit

All casino and betting activity on oktk is for users aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at registration and additional documents may be requested later. If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately.

6.2 Self-Exclusion and Limit Setting
